First CCA business clubs edition in Yaoundé and Douala –  with the support of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the IPC-Horus consortium

Crédit Communautaire d’Afrique in Cameroon (CCA Bank), with the support of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the IPC-Horus consortium, organized the very first edition of the CCA Business Club series in Yaoundé and then in Douala from July 25 to 28. Through these business clubs, the bank aims to offer business development services to their Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) clients through discussions and training workshops.

Nearly 200 customers were mobilized for these first business clubs held in the presence of the Managing Director of CCA Bank, Mr. Alexis MEGUDJOU and the Head of the EIB Delegation in Central Africa, Mr. Nikos MILIANITIS. Topics covered during the training sessions included basic accounting and cash flow management, financial planning, preparing for access to credit, and opening an account.

In addition to supporting MSMEs in their growth through financing, CCA Bank also offers a whole range of banking products and services. Among others, “C-Online”, an application allowing customers to manage their online banking operations, was presented by the marketing manager, Mr. MBUDA TEWA.

At the end of the workshops, 12 of the best customers, in terms of loyalty and volume of flows entrusted to the bank, were rewarded. A beautiful family photo brought together customers and managers of CCA Bank around the managing director. Customers continued to “network” and extended their discussions over a pleasant cocktail.
