AGC aims to develop and strengthen the skills of professionals working in the financial sector in the DRC by offering companies and individuals unique, practical, innovative and relevant tailor-made training in technical and soft skills that are essential to managing financial companies and organizations. Since its creation, AGC has successfully organized numerous comprehensive training courses with the leading financial institutions in the DRC, and benefits from the proven expertise of its founding partners in upgrading professional skills in the sector.

The Making Finance Work for Africa Partnership (MFW4A) is an initiative to support the development of African financial sectors. They are a unique platform for African governments, the private sector, and development partners to coordinate financial sector development interventions across the continent, avoiding duplication and maximizing developmental impact.
The MFW4A Secretariat was established as the executive arm of the Partnership and works to advance the goals of the Partnership. Operating as an independent entity, the Secretariat is hosted within the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
