Building capacities for middle management in Access Bank Liberia

Strengthening the capacity of financial institutions is one of the main objectives of the EIB’s technical assistance programme. It is within this framework that EIB’s partner financial institutions, as was the case with Access Bank Liberia last July, can benefit from training for their staff. 

Indeed, the institution’s middle managers have been trained on various subjects to enable them to fully play their role as managers, and thus support the development of the institution. 

Moreover, the training included a training of trainers so knowledge shared with participants can in the future be disseminated by internal trainers. 

No doubt that these training courses have contributed to improving the soft skills of ABL middle managers and making them better managers.
